The goal of this project is to raise awareness about the existence of hostile design (architecture) in the urban landscape. We co-opted the infomercial format for our faux-organization of hostile architects: Architecture Benefiting the Community, Inc. 

Adopting the specific visual vernacular language of early 21st century TV advertising allows us to access nostalgia in a productive way for our needs. Everyone will immediately recognize the aesthetics of our commercial and thereby the satirical subversions of trope are evident. This is crucial for our aim of communicating the existence of a problem.
